Akili Hight is an IT leader, project strategist, and founder of Hight Networks with two decades of experience in digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and analytics enablement. He has led high-impact initiatives across healthcare, government, and enterprise organizations—guiding teams through complex change with clarity, structure, and precision.
Before launching Hight Networks, Akili managed large-scale migrations, data modernization efforts, and governance programs inside the very environments he now serves. This firsthand experience revealed why organizations struggle when systems, data, and teams are misaligned—and how to redesign them for long-term stability and growth.
Grounded in strategy and technical depth, Akili specializes in breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps, then leading stakeholders through execution with measurable results.
