Akili Hight is an IT leader and founder of Hight Networks, a consultancy focused on redesigning systems for long-term, scalable impact. With two decades of experience modernizing complex environments, he combines technical depth with strategic clarity to help organizations evolve more quickly and operate more intelligently.
Akili has led transformations across healthcare, government, and enterprise—from cloud migrations and analytics modernization to Agile delivery and infrastructure rebuilds. His background encompasses technical project management, product ownership, Agile consulting, and business analysis, supported by hands-on experience in software development and Department of Defense data center builds utilizing NIST security controls.
He doesn’t just fix problems—he rearchitects systems to align teams, strengthen operations, and enable data-driven decisions.
